"Humanity has been in danger of its own misguided desires. 

Based on Wikipedia, so far in the twenty-first century, as of early 2018, at least 1.5 million people have been killed in wars and at least 100 million people were killed in wars in the twentieth century.  These wars were not all initiated for self-defense against an imminent danger. 

Think about the innocent people including the children, mothers, and fathers that have died tragically in wars. 

Unfortunately, the ego of mankind still desires war and it still finds war as a standard conflict resolution even in this century; self-defense is often misused and confused.   

War against flesh and blood does not solve the underlying problems and challenges.  It is the operator and not the vessel.  

Humanity needs love to resolve disputes and sustain life. 

Let’s pursue love always and make a case for peace!

Questions from Yoel R. Afhami about ignoring turmoil and his responses. 

What does it mean to ignore the turmoil? 

Yoel R. Afhami: On few occasions in 2017, I noticed many were upset and tense about various circumstances.  Ignoring the turmoil means do not let the trouble and difficulties of this world get you upset; just say no to them.  Ignore the turmoil, be happy, and do what is right.  

How can one ignore the turmoil exactly? 

Yoel R. Afhami: Let go of the negative energies.  Be just.  The truth will prevail.  In a deeper sense, one can do this by having faith in Mashiach and following the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, Ishmael, Jacob, Moses…and doing His commandments.  Love and do right.
